I went for a sleep this afternoon - was really tired and sore.

Hazel came in at 5.20pm to remind me that Eilidh finished work

at 5pm!! :boxed: Had to race in - then found Hazel WAS having to

work tonight - so dropped her off, which means I have a 5th trip in

and out to make about 9.30pm!!

Was talking to Eilidh about that - I dread any of mine driving on

the road out to my house. There was another accident last night -

a van took on a bus!! Its a scary road - even without teenage hormones!!

Wendi, I had some trouble with my neck & physical therapist gave me a chart, there is a certain measurement ratio you should have related to your height, the top of your desk, height of monitor, etc.

By moving my keyboard & mouse just 1 1/2 " lower, it made a big difference for me....

sometimes I just put the mouse on a book on my lap & its a lot easier!

Fell asleep myself there for a bit, heh heh.

Wendi sorry to hear your shoulders playing up, mine does occasionally after a long day on the road.

Kath, why are you dying your hair? Are you going somewhere?

Hello, Crystal!

what's up?

Me, now! :) I'm just chillin out listening to some beautiful flute music by my friend who I recorded the other night at the jam :)

Went out last night for a birthday party for a friend, got to see some old friends I haven't seen in awhile, so that was fantastic :)

How are you?

Hiya Silver :) I know what you mean about clocks with different time zones. I'm always mentally tagging on 8 hours for uk and 12-15 for oz LOL

Ditto for Canada, minus the Alaska one, although we have Newfoundland zone too which is 30 mins faster than eastern LOl

I have a laptop - and use it on a table in front of me. It does not feel

like a muscle strain - it feels weird!!

Will have to look into getting a proper desk and chair!! :thumb_yello:

Yes, I know there are lots of different timezones...but I thought that two was all we in the Oldlings could cope with :naughty:
