That's on my list of places to go too, and I don't have to learn Spanish to go where you are! Scotland is definitely not Spanish speaking :roftl: Its been lovely today - but if you come here be prepared for cold/warm/ windy/calm/wet/dry weather!!! We have the same type of variable weather, you never know on any given day what kind of weather you will have!! I had sun this morning, now it is overcast and a little windy, I suspect it will rain a bit, hopefully not snow again, and then the clouds will go away and be warm again, or it will hail Being an island, you are affected on all sides by coastal weather, I think it what really influences the drastic weather changes, and I'm from the west coast of Canada. I lived beside Loch Lomond for a few years and I could not believe how much rain they got!!! (not!) just did more shopping, I love when I get the coupons & sales all lined up, I SAVED $66.89!! now I have to look for more coupons in this week's Sunday paper. When I come to Scotland, I'll come visit you Apparently I have family in Barra, my heritage is McNeill, and apparently we still have living family on Barra. My Aunt went from Nova Scotia to Scotland to travel, and went to Barra and told them her heritage, she'd never met them before, but they welcomed her into their home, told her to cancel her hotel, gave her a bike to ride the island, fed her, just like she was close family.
