koolj5 Posted September 11, 2010 Share Posted September 11, 2010 my friend wants me to go to a gorillaz show with her next month. i'm only somewhat of a fan, but realize that this is big, and they don't come to the us a whole lot, so it would be a great opportunity. what i don't like is that it's in a huge arena, all seating (?!??!!), super high ticket price. i prefer smaller gigs where you can move around/ towards front, and dance. don't know if i really want to pay that much for sitting on a bench about 1km away from the stage... the other thing is - i used to like blur... and damon albarn has a distinctive voice. now every time i hear his voice with the gorillaz, my brain thinks 'britpop' and that doesn't work!!! :aah: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
