Found a heat pad - that helped for a wee while but its agony again. My poor dogs keep jumping every time I cry out in pain!! Was meant to be meeting with GITB, Kath, Abby and Vicky tomorrow - but we cancelled because of time/transport problems. Just as well, I would have been really disappointed if I had to miss it!!
