hi wendi

how are you doing today? have you slept at all? i wish i could help you :wub2:

hang in there! are the puppies eating a little more?

i remember when we found my 2nd cat, her mom had died when she was about 5 weeks & she didn't know how to eat or drink from a dish. we had to put some on her mouth and she would lick it, that's how she figured out food was good. she was sooooooo hungry. we did the same with the milk from a dish as she didn't know how to drink either.

They don't know how to drink from a plate - the only ones I can use

have a small lip on them - and the pups just lick the lip of the plate

The answer is to hold them up - so their nose is almost in the milk, and

hold them at that angle and they drink fine - but it looks really weird!! :naughty:

That sounds just like our story! Only that mum of our cat died when she was exactly 7 days old. The vet told us that there's very little hope she'll survive- BUT- she's 5 years old now and is the biggest sweetheart in the world. She's like my baby.:wub2:

I remember how we bought baby formula and fed her every 2 hours. And then after a few weeks she actually held a bottle herself. I had her on my palm and she was laying on her back and holding the bottle with her legs- that was super cute. But then we had to learn her everything as well- how to drink, eat,...no wonder she is the most spoilt cat in the world.:naughty:

Two ladies came to see them yesterday -

and in the time it took for me to answer the door, and chat for 5 minutes

they had poo'd on the bed and then walked through it, and all over

each other They were all yellow and white!! I was mortified

Not to worry -they still looked cute!!

Snowy and Pip have now got homes to go to!!

I have two others interested - so Sparky-Maurice and Smudge may

have homes as well!! :wub2:

They love the puppy milk - and will lap it from a plate :woot_jump:

They are doing well, and Pebbles mastitis has almost cleared up!!

Will post some more pictures and videos later :wub2:

Oh Wendy, I've been away so haven't seen your pups for a few

days -- they are so amazingly adorable! :wub2:

If I were in the UK, I'd definitely be adopting one!

Although how you'll bear to part with them, I don't know!

Thanks for sharing them with us so often! :thumb_yello:

Hiya Deb :wub2:

I have not really posted anything much over the last few days as

I have been handfeeding them since Friday!! Pebbles has mastitis

and could not feed them. The little runt, Smudge, needed fed

every two hours - but now the four are feeding from a plate, and

Smudge feeds from a spoon it is a lot easier. Am uploading photos

etc to photobucket at the moment!! :wink2:

As to parting with them - I suspect there will be many tears shed

in the privacy of my bathroom!! :blush-anim-cl:

I will be really hard to part from!! :tears:

I feel we have been through so much!! :blush-anim-cl:
