Oh my, Lithuania made it!!!!! That is one amazing thing! :biggrin2:

Also Estonia and Norway, really really liked those songs. :thumb_yello: I just came back from my friends' room, we were 9 there and were all squeaking/screaming when we saw those three countries in the envelopes. :aah:

Congratulations! :groupwave:

P.S. The 2nd semifinal was... weird... The songs, the dancing and the outfit... :naughty:

Why don't the Irish sing Irish songs? They have such great musical heritage.

This song is so fake with fake 80s feeling...

We did that in 2007 and we came LAST.

We don't know what to do anymore :roftl: We sent a turkey last year for God's sake :roftl:

We've tried that but it's the cheesy songs that seem to win it these days and apparently now the less clothes u wear the more chance u have of getting through!! The whole competition is a joke at this stage, bring back the Johnnie Logan days!!!!

So the running order for the final:

01 Lithuania

02 Israel

03 France

04 Sweden

05 Croatia

06 Portugal

07 Iceland

08 Greece

09 Armenia

10 Russia

11 Azerbaijan

12 Bosnia and Herzegovina

13 Moldova

14 Malta

15 Estonia

16 Denmark

17 Germany

18 Turkey

19 Albania

20 Norway

21 Ukraine

22 Romania

23 United Kingdom

24 Finland

Think this is the best draw the UK could ever hope for, I'm starting to think we're looking at a top 3 position there

And Norway might be screwed performing right before that sessi bom from Ukraine :freak:

Sad isn't it, bless Sinead Mulvey in the slitted leggings, she tried to show as much flesh as she could without looking too desperate to win :naughty:

Haha I second that! Come on Johnny, come back and sing for us again! What's another year eh? :naughty:

Damn, we're first... And ballads all around. On the other hand, if Europe forgets us, we can still console ourselves saying we were No1... to perform. :naughty:

Yeah it's a terrible draw for you guys :emot-sad: But Sasha accepted it with pride and he was seriosuly one of the very few people at the press conference who didn't come across as a complete moron :teehee: Not that it will help with the result I guess - but you've got my vote at least :fangurl:

I'm thinking : Norway, Turkey, Ukraine, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Armenia (:insane:), Spain maybe?

Or will they go for a ballad again...

... but at least some people in Europe would have enjoyed if it was Irish music... I remember times when Ireland won 3 times in a row....

I think no Western European country will ever be able to guess the kind of weird taste you need to satisfy in order to win Eurovision nowadays, though I must say the Norwegian guy came really close this time... I think he does have a chance..

it's a bit harder to predict this year, with the juries and all :teehee:

I think Turkey & Azerbaijan are safe no matter what, Ukraine will get the freak vote, Greece will be top 5 just cause it's Sakis and the UK will benefit form a great draw  Bosnia will have the entire balkan block vote, so that should easily be top 5 as well... don't know where to fit Norway in to be honest :boxed:

The jury part is scary.. first of all, cos I have no idea how it will work..

And on one side it's a good thing cos neighbor-voting is a big problem.. but on the other side, with juries comes corruption... yeah, I have a lot of faith in humanity:naughty:

Perhaps, but Irish music isn't really suitable for Eurovision I don't think. Like most of our winning songs were just good old pop music. Oh I know, the way things are nowadays it feels like that never even happened! We've well and truly lost our flair for the Eurovision :(

The juries will be neighbour voting even more than the public :lmfao: There's already a rumour that the Bulgarian jury gave 12 to Finland and were told off because they didn't give it to Romania :lmfao:
