Different types of chocolate include unsweetened chocolate, bittersweet chocolate, semi-sweet chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate. Unsweetened chocolate is often used in baking and is the solid form of chocolate liquor. Bittersweet chocolate is also most often used in baking, and it has a minimum of 50% chocolate liquor, while semi-sweet chocolate contains a minimum of 35% chocolate liquor. Dark chocolate contains only 15% chocolate liquor, as well as sweeteners and cocoa butter. By far the sweetest of the darker chocolates, milk chocolate has at least 10% chocolate liquor and 12% milk solids mixed with sugar, vanilla, and cocoa butter. White chocolate is made of cocoa butter, sugar, and milk solids, and lacks the brown color because it does not contain any cocoa solids.

So like when I first heard of Mika like 3 years ago.. and heard part of his background is lebanese.. I kinda went crazy over food from there :roftl: and so I made some Lebanese dishes  ... not that good of a camera used to take the pic thats why it doesn't look AS appetizing as it is. :)

It's True!

January 20 is National Pot Luck Day.

What's your favorite pot luck recipe?

potluck003copy42-main_full.jpg

A potluck dinner is very popular, especially for luncheons, or parties, or celebrations.

It is a time for people to get together, enjoy meeting new people, or seeing old friends again.

Everyone has been told to bring a 'dish' and the amount of people who will be there.

It is best to bring something that you enjoy eating.

In case nothing else looks good, you can always eat what you brought.
