It's like the most easiest thing in the world to make, put a tea bag and a small leaf of mint tea in a tea mug with some sugar or no sugar, add hot water, stir and its ready. The aroma of the mint with the tea is simply irresistible.

Lime Tequila Peel-And-Eat Prawns

The recipe is from Shellfish The Cookbook

 

1 pound spot prawns, deveined, shell on

3 tablespoons tequila

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 tablespoons fresh lime jjuice

2 teaspoon lime zest

¼ teaspoon hot pepper flakes

3 tablespoons butter

 

Combine the

prawns, tequila, garlic, lime juice, lime zest & pepper flakes

in a medium bowl.

Cover & refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.

Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp & cook until firm & bright pink, about 2 to 3 minutes.

Transfer to a serving dish & enjoy.

Makes 4 to 6 servings
