Oh Keti, you just described EXACTLY how I feel about it. Exactly, even with the lonely and wanting a boyfriend part and other times thinking: Don't need them.

It also depends on the persons the kid is friends with. Some kids get influenced very easily, and if their friends try, like for example, drugs, the kid will think: ''I'm gonna try it too, otherwise they might think I'm a loser and might dump me.'' Maybe while even knowing the consequences. That's just how easily influencable (?) some kids are.

 

And in the parents case, it doesn't always have to do with all those problems you just wrote. Sometimes some children were raised very tight, like they weren't allowed to do anything. Then, when they become teenagers, which is the period most kids start experimenting with all different kinds of things, they will do it too, and will do it all behind the back of their parents. I experienced it myself, with a friend of mine. He was raised very tight, and his parents get mad when he gets below a B at school. He has friends, and says he goes to them to study, but actually he goes there to smoke pot with them (and Lord knows what other drugs), and sometimes to drink loads of alchohol. His parents haven't been noticing anything, but they knew one of his friends was up to no good, so they forbid their son to hang out with him ever again. Ofcourse you can't prevent this. Ofcourse you can't! Unless you're going to spy on your children day and night.

The guy will probably regret what he has done so far anyway as soon as he gets older. Because when you get older, and usually also wiser, which isn't always the case haha, you will realize that it was just stupid to do all this, just to look cool. But sometimes it might be too late. But then you can learn from your mistakes.

'Grace Kelly' star Mika says he "made a lot of mistakes" with relationships when he was younger and has only ever dated one person.

 

 

Mika has a "secret life" as a teenager with inappropriate "make-believe" relationships.

The 'Grace Kelly' singer - who refuses to comment on speculation he is gay and says he has only ever been in one relationship -admits he was sexualityconfused as a teenager and "made a lot of mistakes".

He said magazine: "With my teenage years there was a lot of 'Anything is possible. I can try anything.' I was quite shy but there was a bit of a secret life going on. I made a lot of mistakes.

"There was a lot of very harsh rejection as well in relationships. Or make-believe relationships that had developed in my head. I wasn't a crazy promiscuous f**k-up, but I was doing things I shouldn't have been doing, just like any teenager."

"I was thinking, 'Who am I? And what sort of grown-up do I want to be what kind of person do my parents expect me to be? Who should I sleep with and why should I sleep with those people?' "

The 'Lollipop' star - who was born in Lebanon but raised in London from the age of nine - also admitted he has a "fear" of money because of hardship suffered by his family.

He added to The Observer Music Monthly magazine: "Because of the moving around, because of the having a lot and then having nothing and then having a little bit and then having nothing, I developed this real fear of money.

"I have a fear of decadence when it comes to creative things, because I think that things that are really good should never cost a lot of money.

"I really didn't want the ofice life of my father. I didn't want to be rich."
