That's true, but I think the intent is for the contest to be over just before the album release on the 21st. To spare the confusion, they should really have said 11:59 p.m. 20th September, because I really do think that's what they mean. I'll see if I can get clarification, but I think that I'm right. I tried every 20 minutes or so, and it finally let me submit it 2 hours later! Hmmm? (Can you tell I'm new on youtube, lol!) Oh well! Hopefully it will still be counted!
