Hi, I am Amneris, from Italy.

I was born in Brazil and studied languages at school so I speak English, French and Portuguese. I understand Spanish.

 

I know and like Mika since the beginning but never followed him. I was struck by his performance with Chiara last december, since I am a huge fan of Xfactor italy talent show, which I follow since the first edition was aired seven years ago.

 

After the Stardust performance at XF I started reading something more about this singer/musician and got more and more involved into his peculiar life & music.

 

I am particularly attracted to his "not-so-famous" songs, my favourite ones are Any Other World and Over My Shoulder.

 

Now I follow him via web by reading his columns and interviews and obvioulsly looking at all video posted on YT about his gigs around the world. Getting into this forum is my last step to definite MIka-illness!

 

Since I am a Xfactor lover, I will try to sub all specials and promos that Sky will not air on TV, such as the last one "Call me Jury" (Chiamatemi giudice) , very nice and long and detailed interview to Mika last week, for which I am sorry about bad doubling. I hate this type of doubling which is not fully doubled and also because Mika's talking is so nice and funny, they should leave him speaking in his original language and put subtitles only.

I'm surprised you can understand so many languages! Do you have any tip of studying languages? I know Vietnamese (my mother language) and English and now I'm studying French but I struggle quite a lot.
