Takes a while for the forums to update everyones titles but there it is now!

Even the people that bought straight from the box office may have never seen any mika website / not have the net etc. I think in the T&C of every venue there is a condition that says it is your responsibility to ring ahead and check your gig is still on before making your way there as acts of god, performer issues can be an issue blah blah. Essentially they have themselves covered and it is not their fault if you still turn up.

No doubt many have. These things happen though. Look at the Madonna gig the other week. She stopped half way through and then canceled several. At least with a gig like that its in the national news but there are still those that are none the wiser until they get there.

It's hard enough to hum with flu, let alone sing. I would rather he delay it and be on top form than pay and travel to a gig which sounds like coughs and stops half way through (aka Madonna recently). I hope he gets better soon, and I wouldn't be at all suprised if the gig on the 22nd gets removed from the bill too, doesn't make sense to say it is off yet "just in case" he gets better

So sorry to all of us that were going tonight but cant because of this situation, but at least we will still have a gig to look forward to

Fortune of war looks like the one yes. As for what will be worn, hmmm, thats a toughie. Look for a really tall guy (that's me, I am the same height as Mika) with slightly spikey hair. The tall guy (me) will be with a short girl (guincho girl) and I will most likely be wearing a shirt that makes me look like a red paint decorating accident
