so by early, what do you mean exactly? this will be my first mika show and i want everything to run perfectly, so any advice would be helpful, also any tips for how to stay after to meet him? IM SO STRESSED OUT i dont even know if my friend can go yet. ugh, i think im getting an ulcer. I HAVE TO SEE HIM!

my dad and i just turned on the tv about 20 minutes ago and we put on the jools holland show. the magic numbers were on and then a few others but i wasnt paying attention because i was upstairs doing my hair, but i was still listening. because we turned it on late, it ended about 20 minutes later and i heard "and thank you to our lovely guests, the magic numbers, the gotan project, and MIKA!!! I started screaming and i ran downstairs, only to catch a glimpse of him in his black pants, white dress shirt, and black suspenders smiling at the crowd. I was literally on the verge of tears!! If we had only turned on the tv like 20 minutes earlier i could have seen him in all of his brilliant glory!! i was cursing the world for about 5 minutes out loud, when my dad tried to calm me down. "Emily, this channel replays everything. It will probably be on later." We checked and thank god it was. It's on at 3 am tomorrow morning!! No problem! Thats what we have alarms for!! If any of you have Dish Network, its channel 9470 (RAVE) tonight/tomorrow morning at 3 am!!

im gonna take a picture of my notebooks and post them on here haha.... a little story related to this though, so this kid is in my chem class and my study hall, so in the study hall he asked me for help with chem homework, so i got out my binder which is covered in mika! he's like who is that?! and im like mika... and he's like would i know him? and im like he sings grace kelly, do you know that song? and he's like no, so im like, well, he's AMAZING so then the kid goes to the back of the room and he's like, wait, is that mika? who sings grace kelly? just to tease me and my other friend who is sick of hearing me talk about him just looks at me and rolls her eyes. and then the next day we were in another study hall, and the kid is like, "hey! do you have anymore pics of mika? he's such a cutie!" ahah it was hillarious this was me *yes, he is a cutie* mmmyes

i think his faults make him all the more sexy! if he was like all "everything is groomed" he would be too... ugh. i can't really think of anything thats a true downfall

so mika is coming to ny on june 15 as you all know... but the venue is only 16 or older. i will be 16 like 2 months after the show, but i'd be going with a girl who is almost 17. don't worry, i'm not really little, i'll be a highschool junior next year, i'm young for me age. but i was wondering if there's anyway that they can really tell if you're 16. i look the age, i'm tall. i don't think so, i mean 18, you have an id, but 16? can anyone let me know if im right? and who else is going? im SO freaking excited!! do you know if he's expected to announce any more us for over the summer or is this it? thanks guys!

by the way, congratulations shontih on becoming a mod! i know you're a "mikinspiration" to quite a few of us!

oh mika, how can i even put into words what you and your music means to me. you have literally changed my life in so many ways and i thank you from the absolute bottom of my heart. Please do a show in NYC or Philadelphia sometime this summer. preferably the middle, july would be fantastic. i just have to see you live!! i'm not even trying to get my hopes up that i would meet you, but... my friend and i already have it all planned out, so now all you have to do is come! i'm bringing you a birthday present! once again, i just have to say thank you thank you thank you, for you are truly my role model and a life changer. i have been doing you justice! on our school's news program one morning, they played grace kelly and all day long i had people coming up to me and telling me that they thought of me while it was playing, so i've certainly been getting your name out there (but i refuse to copy your cd for people because that would be ripping you off). so basically, never stop doing what you do because i think i would cry a river of tears and wash the whole world into a flood. i love you!! ~em:wink2:
