I think the joke is not really in the amount of keys, but the number of keys in one octave. It's like c-d-e-f-g-a-b-an extra one only Mika knows about-c-d-e! Hope this helps!

It's only with Mikaville though, you can type in Mika and Mica without any spelling corrections! But it kinda makes me wonder what's up with this Micaville....any plans we don't know about???

I just noticed, when you type in Mikaville in microsoft word, it says it's spelled wrong. But if you check what it should be, it says: Micaville!!! How wonderful is that?!
