i know heads or tails is a phrase used in throwing a coin to decide a choice. (head being the side of the coin bearing the principal figure and tail the other side) so maybe heads and tails is the same? like there are two sides of the story?

i didn't get a confirmation e-mail either. and i mailed them with my order number about 1 week ago -TWICE. still no reply:thumbdown: but i think my order went through cuz i can see it's charged on my credit card:blink:
