  4. Does anyone else think that maybe Sir Ian was going to be the special guest in the parrot costume at Brixton that Jo Whiley talked about after her visit? I sat on the balcony next to Mika's family and friends for the show but didn't see Sir.I. there (
  5. Had a brilliant time last night, met lots of MFCers. Didn't opt for the stage area so we had tickets for the balcony. Were the first on the balcony area so had the pick of the seats, sat obviously at the front but next to the reserved seating for the bands guests. Had a real ball duringthe show, way better than in B'ham in Nov, just based on engery of the whole place etc etc. Saw Mika's mum, sister, (brother i think?) and the older ladies from the GK video who by the way were really rocking to the show!!! Didn't get to go to the afterparty but sill hold out hopes to meet Mika one day. One funny point in the queue outside was when Martin went wandering down the street without anyone noticing him. We called and said Hi, he said helo back and waived. A couple of mins later he was walking back up again, agin unnoticed. We asked him if he was lost and he cracked up and said it was a long story......then came back down the street with his wife . Great day, amazing show, cant wait for Paris in the summer! Andreax
  6. Felt the quake last night, had not long come off line and our baby son was only just going back off to sleep. We live in Northamptonshire and it was quite mild here but obvious what it was. Said to my husband, think that was an earthquake, yep was the reply and due to serious sleep deprivation we both just slept on !!! Felt terrible this morning when heard other mums in our village had rounded up their children when it happend. I didn't even check on my two boys!!
  7. What the balcony area like at Brixton? ANyone know. I'm not going to be able to wait for the afternoon so booked the balcony seats. Do people actualy stay in place or is a crush the same as the ground floor?
  8. Last night sounds amazing......have been to gym this lunchtime blasting Mika on the Ipod and getting some very odd looks as I mouthed along!!! This time tomorow will be in London................
  9. I know its OT but the earthquake was strange wher I live which in right in the middle of England! I'd come offline about 12.3 as baby boy was awake so when it shook the house at 1am was just about to get back to sleep. We're quite far away from Lincoln where the centre of the quake was but by all accounts on the news here today no major injuries. As I'm always being woken at silly o'clock by my son I just wanted to get back to sleep! ONE MORE SLEEP TILL MIKA!!!!!! Andrea x

Will be there Thursday....will be the 3rd time seen Mika since Nov and I know that I'm lucky and douby VERY much if I'm have a good view or be able to stay for the meet and greet. How long do people have to wait anyway, afterwards? Where do you wait ?

  14. Hey all, Just a quick hello, joined MFC tonight and think this is a great place for me!! Hitting the 40 this September although still think I'm about 20! Have a very understanding husband who knows I'm nuts about all things Mika. have also got our eldest son - Archie who's 3 next week singing all the words to Mika's songs. When I went to see Mika at London Eye last month, Archie said as I left home " I'm going to cuddle Mika when I see him Mummy" - how cute is that! Anyway, off now as son number 2, Jonas (9months old) will no doubt wake up soon!!! Hope to get to know you all better. Andrea x
  15. Who di you book your Paris tickets through? Hope mine come through ok!! Not brought tickets for a tour outside of UK before. Where do you plan to stay? 17. Hello all, I'm maybe a bit old to be as mad about Mika as I am. I live in central UK with my husband and two young sons (3years & 9 months old). I've liked Mika since Grace Kelly and been lucky enough to see him in B'ham last year and also at the London Eye show a couple of weeks ago. Am off to London this month (cant wait) and today brought tickets for Paris!!! I have a VERY understanding husband!!! Love everything about Mika and now my 3 year old son knows alot of the words to LICM. Really glad to have joined the site and hope to catch up with you all soon. Hebbs aka Andrea x:blink:
