    Forget the pants/trousers difference, I nearly had a fit when somone mentioned Mika's suspenders - what we English call suspenders is what I think americans call a garter belt, but please correct me if I'm wrong x

    Hi there x my daughter is 13 so I expect she'll find her way to this thread x x She was a bit disappointed that mika won't be at T4 on the Beach this year, because he was last year x there will be loads of other good bands and artists there though x

    My 14th birthday prezzie was to see Adam in concert, my 1st ever gig! Wish you could see some of his vids x It's a kinda shame my 13yr old daughter is going to T4 on the Beach because I would have loved her 1st gig to be a Mika show x

    you'll find him there x he was a real stunner in his 20's; curly hair you wanted to run your fingers through, nicely packed jeans, a soft but not girlie face, a wicked stage show with all the leaps, wiggles and innuendo you could want...errrmmm...does that sound a bit like someone else??? x x

    Hi youngsters, just thought I'd have a look in here x there's been some nice pics by the way x It's amazing how much things have changed since I was your age (and how much stays the same :das:) x Back in the dark ages, well more like 1981, when I was your age my Grand Passion was a singer called Adam Ant, how amazing it would have been to be able to talk about him and share vids and pics like we now do on here x you just dont know you're born x It's funny how our marvellous boy, Mika, has filled the place that Adam Ant filled when I was a teen x I found this vid the other day and thought how it would be if Mika covered it x ah well, better hop out of here because I have to have my lunch x

    the final few words sounded like "...and someone pointed it out..." x I may very well be wrong tho x There's a vid of Big Girls recorded at Avalon, Hollywood which starts with Mika saying "Jesus Christ, my trousers..." what the heck was he on about??? x

    You got the same as I did then xI saw 'Win tickets to see Mika in Paris' in my inbox and got hopeful for a moment x The link on the new email just takes you to the same sign up for updates form,which is daft coz I got that email because I'd signed up for updates yesterday x DUH!!!!!!!!!!!

    My daughter has read a couple of those books x i read a short sampler that was released for world book day last year n i creased up reading about the extra-tight shoes that nearly crippled her x :roftl: x

    I agree that the 91% is taking forever but we can do it xMaybe gary's troops are voting for HD now coz I'm sure his vote has gone up recently x they can't beat us, but they can hold up our percentage share x by my reckoning, if none of the others in pt1 make a big leap in votes, we should hit 91% at around 1,732,000 x How long is this poll going on for anyway? x We've already totally creamed ALL the opposition x

    If you read the thread there are various interpretations to that one x I'm not sure we'd ever get a straight answer to that coz we would have to know how the Mikamind ticks to work it out x
