At ebay.com you can buy one copy of "Songs for Sorrow" at a price of USD 50,-- !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! hope, that this will be only a single case, cuz this is by sure not in the intention of Mika

    Today he`s reading the "Confidential Agent" written by Graham Greene during his flight to Australia... and perhaps "The Reader" ("Der Vorleser") from Bernhard Schlink!

    Also from me a big thank you to you all for the pics and reports And now I could get a close view of his nice jacket and found out something new for me - at the collor of his jacket (don't know the right name for this in english...) you can see bugs, a jet, also some dinosaurs - all together very fascinating toys for boys

    And it's also me joining the line of those who did not get the ordered EPs.... have ordered three pieces, and only one was coming... and I also hope that my first real contact with Mika-purchases (the bad Berlin-ticket-presale and now the EP-sale) is only the one side of the coin, and not the usual way in the future for getting articles or tickets

    I really appreciate this thread as I am one who tries to get and read all mentionned books by him - by now I'm reading "Alles, was wir geben mussten", the German translation of "Never let me go". I've just beginning with it, but I am a bit shocked by the figure of "Tommy" as I can see clearly Mika himself in it during his own schooldays. Another book about Mika has told was "1,000 places to see before you died"

    There are only a few little problems to solve.... but for 99% I will go there, also my first festival with camping, and this far of Austria , I think this would be a very interesting and fascinating new experience PS @rose: When do you plan to go to the festival, just on saturday to Mika or perhaps on Thursday... ??

    Thank you all for these cute pics and the small press report! I always like it to see Mika in (for me) "new" situations - never have seen him driving on a scooter! And I love his neverending cheerfulness and his balanced nature , what a happy man he must be...

    hey, renate! Hättest du lust auf das Latitude-festival? Ich nämlich schon! nicht nur wegen mika, auch wegen anderer gruppen und überhaupt wegen der ganzen festival-atmosphäre in GB. Habe so etwas noch nie erlebt... es wäre noch dazu im sommer, wo ich zeit hätte....

     

    ich hätte ein drei-mann-zelt, möglicherweise eine dritte, die auch mitfährt ;) - sie weiß es nur noch nicht *gg* und tja, wäre doch ein kleines abenteuer!!

    I would be VERY interested in going to this festival - but not alone. If Mika really singing there, I also will be there. And look, the day before PSB and Of Montreal will performe! Who would like to go then??

    hallo renate! ja, ich habe die drei mal erhalten, das vierte wahrscheinlich auch, habe nur noch nicht nachgesehen. Aber die drei mit mika drauf kann ich nicht lang genug ansehen - ich kann dir nicht genug dafür danken, dass du diesen für mich "historischen" moment für alle zeiten "konserviert" hast :) - ich hoffe, dass ich mich mal ordentlich bei dir dafür revanchieren kann .
