it's not just you, once upon a time the forum limited how many replies threads could have, so people would just make a new one and a moderator would lock the old one. they'd usually link the new thread in the last post of the old thread but when the forum got changed a few years ago all the links to threads went wonky.

i'd been wanting to say something about Mika's wiki page for a couple weeks now cuz when i was researching things i noticed it'd been updated by someone so i checked the edit history and saw who did it. last night i was reminded again because they'd updated it again with really new info. i'd have posted this last night but i couldn't find a suitable thread, but then this morning i stumbled on this one so i decided to dig it up...

I know I shouldn't complain, I already saw him two times this year and each time I was able to talk to him. Happy to see videos from other gigs, it's fantastic that everyone are sharing their experiences but it's not the same as see him live.

The thing is about Marc-Olivier. He is a new director of a TV info station BMFTV. So they were surprised that he went with Mika to another (public) TV station TF1 for Mika's new album promo.

They discussed it with a board created when "yellow vest" crisis exploded.

Marc-Oliver explains that he asked his permition (I this he asked this editorial committee) before doing an interview for Paris Match. And he considers it as a thing aside from his work. As Mika is like his family (so not a professional subject).

I think it’s possible, especially in a country where he maybe isn’t as well known. There’s really no way to know for certain tho, it just depends on how he feels after the gig and if he needs to go soon I guess.

No matter what he speaks there, tbh it'd surprise me if he had recorded the intro and colour changes intros in English especially for this show. I'd certainly be positively surprised though if he did!

Btw I was really surprised that they sold all that stuff in London! They brought huge boxes in the afternoon, piles of shirts and other stuff, and I was already wondering if that's the merch for the whole tour, because it was so much!  And then they sold almost everything, only "Cry" and "Stay High" shirts were left in the end, and a very small number of mugs (2 or 3).

I never got the badge set from the NPIH shows and I'm still salty about it

I'd love for him to do the NPIH songs he's never done live like Rio & All She Wants & Oh Girl You're the Devil but i don't think that's very realistic. However, i don't see why he hasn't at least slipped Good Guys in there. Maybe in Italy?
