I'm always late, I know, but I'd like to report some impressions about the concert in Verona. Mika's presence in the Arena was our big dream since some years and to be there together meant a lot for Italians fans. I think some concerts have something special and a sort of magic that simply happens and we can't predicte. Ok, the location was axtraodinary for its beauty but the extra addiction was the energy and the warm embrace of the audience around Mika. I was very grateful for the kindness and respect in the public when Mika went down many times in the crowd.. And also the unexpected fan action about Good Guys was so impressive.. I was very happy for him!!! The best moments were without any doubts Yo Yo with the intimate atmosphere and the bubbles that embraced the scene; Happy Ending with the peace symbols on the big colored flags.. Stardust in the middle of the Arena with all the audience singing at one voice. And for sure Good Guys, a very beautiful and sweet song. I was in the third row and I think behind me there was  @Anna Ko Kolkowska

I'm not very good at filming videos during the gigs, I prefer to sing and dance and I have infact bad quality in videos.. Or too short pieces of songs.. 😅 

I loved as many of us all the special effects... Bubbles, confetti, smoke and the giant Heart of course. 

With a little sadness we miss the gigs in the theathre that we hope will be reorganized in the future. 

When me and my friends went out of the Arena, we saw the little crowd in front of the artist's exit and when Mika arrived I wasn't be able to see nothing.. 😅 I'm still in the Mika's bubble and now I hope he will end soon the album, so we could hear at least new music.

We think the gig could be filmed for the TV or a documentary.. Who knows? But when He came out after the restaurant or after the gig, I don't remember well, behind him there was also Tiziana Martinengo, the woman who helps him with the production of casamika. Maybe he prepares something for the Rai TV... We don't know.. 😅 We are waiting as usual.. 🤨

He said we were in a place where we could do whatever we wanted. The most embarrasing thing for people who are out of tune like a bell (we say that in Italy) is to sing alone in front some people, but in the shower we have not this fear, we can sing. We were not in the shower that night (thanks God 😂, he thought to the rain at the Tim Awards) in the Arena where  there was the biggest choir ever saw in this place: US 🥺. Then he said that we had to sing in the loudest possible way, beacause of the nice american tourists , two 74 y.o men he met in the afternoon that came in Verona to visit the Romeo and Juliet's little balcony (that doesn't exist), He invited them to his concert but they didn't want to go because it was to late and they preferred to sleep, he said we had to wake up them that were in the bed near his hotel with our singing. 😂

He sang only “Underwater” but his voice was not in the best shape, He looked tired and not in his usual humor, I mean it seemed he was a bit sad or ..not very happy, but maybe it was my impression..He left the stage in a hurry and they only mentioned the gig in Verona on 19th September.

I don’t know why but it is all very strange..🧐

No, it’s crazy!!!!! Think the reason to cancel all these concerts is his busy planning…it’s not an acceptable reason, anyway I assume we could talk for hours and days and we couldn’t be able to find why He took this decision.

I think the communication from him and his management is not really good in general, but this time He took a big risk, because certain fans can forgive him but the public in general see this choice in a very bad way. I prefer believe there are very serious and good reason for that😅😓

I need an information, a friend of mine bought a digital ticket for concerts in Rome, through Tiketone , but she tried to fill the form for refunding but the system doesn’t accept any code…

Some of you have similar problems? The ticket has a

only a qrcode and a number under the qrcode.

I don’t know the real reasons for all this but now Italians fans are very confused and disappointed, I hope he will explain in the future more than what we red about logistic problems…

The theatre is a magic place for me, I love theatre…And I loved that idea of a more intimate show, I hope in the future He will be able to return with the same project.

So hard to be positive now..but I try😅😮‍💨

Thank @dcdebfor the news. I hope Mika will be better soon, we are human not robot, so it can happen sometimes.. The important thing is going all well for him.

In the vid he thanks fans for supporting him but he says they have to stop waiting him in the cold all the time and he asks to some specific persons to stop to bring him some kind of gifts.. In this case He is referring to some fans maybe French fans.. He says they know who are the persons he is talking about. 

Maybe they made him big gifts.. I don't know.. 

Anyway I think this question about gifts is so complicated because for fans is human and normal to express the admiration and love for him to buy and give him some presents.. But at the same time this habit  is becoming dangerous, because many fans use this way to search his attention and every time people try to surprise him with more important or strange or original things.. It is becoming also a sort of competition between fans... So it is difficult also for him.?? Maybe.. 

Hello everyone! I wish you a very good new Year😊and I want to thank you for this interesting question, my personal experience is a little sad because when I started to follow Mika in 2015 I had a real opportunity to go to the gig in Cernobbio in 2016 where He did a meet & great with fans but I failed my unique possibility to meet him, because I didn’t know anyone in the fandom and For some stupid reasons I didn’t get the pass to enter..for my fault 😢

Anyway I think an artist is not obliged to meet his fans after his concerts, Mika is an exception in a certain way, there are some singers that never stop after their gigs, I think it’s a bit normal He changes his way to meet his fans in his career, now He is most known than in the past and He has many fans that follow him everywhere. 
The old fans that knew him from the beginning and have the luck to meet him many times maybe suffer more this change of behavior..I think.

I live in Italy and despite He did here a lot of things, I never had the possibility to meet him after the events where I went, because there are lot of people waiting for him and the situation is chaotic.
I agree with @mellody and @Siri, This tour is very hard for him, there are a lot of gigs in different places scheduled and I think He needs some reasonable rest to have the necessary energy for the other gigs and this is one reason.
The mother’s illness is a very hard point in this moment of his life, I have the feeling that He gives all He can on the stage, because it’s a place where He has the real freedom to express himself, but at the same time He can’t afford other things..He has always his smile on his face, but I remember very well the speech in Bologna about his mother and also in other occasions on the stage, the fact that his mother was not present for his bad health...this broke my heart💔. Definitely his thoughts are there, He is touring but He is a worried son and his mother has in his life a strong importance.

I think He likes to meet fans and talk to them but This happens when there are good conditions...few people or sometimes in places where He goes not so often, as in London..or US and in a tour a few occasions..

I agree with you, even if I don’t remember what he said in the intro to the Tiny Tour, I think the link to his fans is the jealousy He feels for others sometimes, and when He performed Dear Jealousy in the Tiny Tour, when He sings “I’m jealous of us” He indicated the audience and him together..so Mika and his fans...

Another reference to his fans maybe it could be found in Platform Ballerinas, because many of his fans are girls and women, and He could speak to us in this song, where the girls dance in front of him but not for him, but for them..he speaks to all the girls and women to give them courage to be themselves.

"Sbalestrante" means to daze.. Something that gets you out of balance... "Ride" is.. Laughing... Is a question.. Do you laugh???

I don’t write here so often..so I’m sorry, but I’d like to explain my personal opinion about this italian version. I try in some way to explain ..😅. I feel a little guilty because I’m one of those people that don’t like the italian version, because of the bad translation...
I appreciate so much this gift in italian and I’m otherwise very grateful for this. I’ve always dreamed about an italian song sung by him, especially after Casamika where He sang some italian songs for the first time an he was very good. So when He was writing this new album I really hoped He would write an italian song with all my heart, but I have to be honest, this translation of Tomorrow is not the best thing I expected..☹️First of all because of the italian words that are very different from the original ones...and give to the song a different atmosphere ...only the word “domani” (tomorrow) sounds different..😢for me anyway..it’s my opinion.

He sang very well in italian and his pronunciation is very very good, but it’s the translation that doesn’t work..😩, in general I don’t like very much the original texts translated in other languages because often they change the magic of the song. I know For a no native speaker this song maybe sounds so exotic because it’s in another language but for us is a bit different..and I’m very sorry for this, because He will sing it in the italian gig, I imagine ☹️But I love so much the English version!!!! At the end it’s ok..no drama but I’d have preferred another new song only in italian. 
I know that other italian fans think the same, but also there are many of them that like this version too.

The album is so amazing, beautiful and moving ..I can forgive him..😂

I love this song and this collaboration very very very much!!!!! 😍 I think their voices together sound so good👏

Cotroneo says he told Mika about the project of the fiction, this had many points in common with Mika’s story, because he studied in a conservatory too, in the Royal Conservatory in London and he is a great musician and he became passionate about the boys history. Cotroneo introduced the actors to Mika and he was on set and played a small part in the fiction and wrote the single for the tv series. Cotroneo said their meeting was happy and lucky and he hopes  in the future there may be others collaborations with Mika, but he doesn’t know for the moment when and how this will happen.
