  1. I got a yoyo and I got bored so now we have a painted yoyo what a surprise. It was done with acrylic paint and modpodge (idk how to spell that word). Also I met a Mika fan at my summer camp because one of the cooks was playing "The Boy Who Knew Too Much" and I gave them a We Are Golden button I made and it was just a super happy and emotional moment to find another Mika fan there.
  2. Thank you! Yeah I agree with the proportions thing, it was kind of a doodle so that's what happens lmao. I think the monochrome color scheme is a great plan, I'll probably use blue and maybe gold for some small highlights.
  3. Oh man PaintedBoy back at it again with more Mika art, what a surprise! im not done with this and I'm considering if I should paint it, if so what colors should I use?
  4. I just learned I'm getting a new phone so i will lose all my pictures, I'm gonna post the rest of my Mika art now. I think it's only two things. Again, tell me what you think
  5. Here's a MIKA painting I did recently, I've been doing tons of sketches and I wanted to get something actually finished done so I did this in like one sitting. It's about a meter tall lmao. Because it's acrylic i may go back and touch stuff up if I ever feel like it. I'll keep you all posted if I make any major changes. Also be sure to tell me what you think of this, any artists with tips or advice are especially encouraged but everyone is welcome to comment.
  6. Thanks everyone, my name is Carson I'm from the US. Lovely to meet you all
  7. Hey guys I've been listening to MIKA for about half a year now. I just made this painting today and thought it would be a good icebreaker to start talking in the forums. Tell me what you think, it's one of my first paintings in acrylic and one of my largest paintings to date. Sorry if the quality is bad, I had to take the pic with my phone. Its based off of the Good Guys music video (obviously)
