I wanted to post it as well.
I found a better place on boxol than on Ticketone.
You have to create an account first.
The link direct to the page with Mika's tickets.

Maybe he has been listing the countries where the crowd has been the loudest? But I think an Italian speaker can clarify this much better!
And yes to me he clearly said Holland! I understood that live as well 🇳🇱🧡
Yes he said “ we went to New York, Los Angeles, France and Holland “ .. also he might have been to New York but as you know very well it did not end up exactly as we wished 😂

I know that if I could not attend I would love to know how it was, so here is a quick report while travelling to Venice.
The concert was "di tutto di piu'" how we say in Italy, which means something like "everything and more".
There were so many confettis, balloons, fake snow....everything he could use he did use.
I love choirs so for me the choir was the best part.
He went a lot into the audience, not only for the "usual" big girl. I especially liked when he went to the piano in the middle of the Arena to play Stardust.
The Arena is a spectacular place with a wonderful acoustics. What a place to play!
Unfortunately the fan action that was so well prepared really did not work When we entered the venue we received from the personnel a big paper with printed "GOOD GUY". Apparently it was a fan action prepared by the production.
This means that when Origin started, some people already showed the GOOD GUY paper (and he looked pretty confused actually), others showed a white paper, but the beautiful desired effect was not there What a shame.
Beside that he was very energetic and played many of the usual songs with a positive feedback from the audience: Underwater first very soft then very loud, Elle me dit with energetic dancing, Love Today with the audience going crazy.....you know them all pretty well by now the main difference was the constant visual effects and of course the choir .
You could tell it was a special event for him since he really went overboard. The big heart at the end was VERY big.
In the attached picture you can see a very little Mika on the bottom left

It's true, I think the distance from the stage is the same, but if you have 4 rows of people in front of you, who might be taller than you, it's still a big difference to frontrow. I'm not short, but if I have a 2m person standing in front of me, that'd still block my view .
In that pic with the orchestra it looks like the area is lower, so it wouldn't be a problem - but if you look at this pic with seats, it looks like it's on the same level: (enlarge for details)
Anyway, I have no energy anymore to be annoyed, it's all too much. Maybe Mika will come into the audience more often to make up for it, or maybe they're planning something with those seats so WE can have better places closer to the stage - I don't actually believe that myself, dunno how that would work, but glad there's still some positivity left in me, a bit of me that believes that it's not possible that EVERYTHING really is that bad. We'll see, I guess.
Edit: Or maybe we'll all just run to the stage anyway, no matter what the arena staff says about it?
Now I understand how they promised better seats to those who had seats to other shows....yes we should definetely all run to the stage

So if we don't send a refund request for the canceled shows, we will automatically get the refund anyway?
You need to fill those forms before the 7th, otherwise I am pretty sure you will loose the money

I entered the correct codes but it didn't work - probably because they already knew it'd be cancelled. They must've been working on that website with explanations for some time, that's not done within a day.
Friendsandpartners confirmed to me via e-mail what Deb said, that it's only refund or exchange for Verona.
And yes, it seems like we won't get back the fees from ticketone and I'm pretty sure it's them and not Mika's production company, as it was the same with ticketone in 2020. Also, wtf, 60 days?! Haven't we borrowed them the money long enough already?! Ticketone are such scammers! I hope the next time they'll do the MFC presale on another platform.
How about those who bought on ticketmaster, did you get back your fees, and does it also take that long to get your refund?
I just filled the ticketmaster refund form but they just say that "due to unprecedent requests the waiting time can be long". Nothing more than that.
I wonder if anyone got tickets from boxol.it. I have only one from there and there is no info I can find regarding reimboursements...

GETTING A REFUND:
A number of people have said they were having a hard time figuring out how to get a refund on their Kings Theatre tickets purchased through Ticketmaster. I admit, they don't make it easy! But here's what I figured out -- I took these screenshots on my phone, so it might be slightly different on a PC. But I think they should help.
1. Find the "Request Refund" Link in the email you get from Ticketmaster Support:
2. That will take you to your account. Click on "View Event Details."
3. Find the Contact Us button -- you have to really look for it, it's not always obvious.
4. You should get a fan support page. Click on "Email Us".
5. That should take you to a form letter that has drop-down menus. Find "Select a Subject" and select Request a Refund or Credit.
6. Continue to fill out the form according to your situation.
7. There's a space to leave a message -- I just said I wanted a refund for my Mika tickets. I submitted the form.
A short time later I received a confirmation of the request, then later I received an email from Ticketmaster saying my request was being processed and the funds would be applied automatically to my credit card used for the purchase. It may take up to 30 days.
That's it!
Hope this helps. Remember this is just if you purchased through Ticketmaster, which I assume most of us did. But if you purchased some other way, the process will be different and you should probably contact either Kings Theatre or who you purchased from.
Thanks Deb I did exactly the same yesterday and I received a confirmation mail that the reimbursement will happen.
I hope the venue will not be too empty on the 12th...

Thank you for the lovely dinner everyone, especially the part before hearing from Mika.
I will not be able to come back the 12th so unfortunately I will miss the shows in North America but I hope those who stay will have a great time.
Cheers

The standing area is right in front of the stage. I was about to do the same thing as you, then I noticed the pit and bought two tickets there. I can’t wait to see him again 😍
I guess they will remove the seats in the first rows then otherwise there is really not much room looking at the pictures.

I have two sitting tickets for the Brooklyn show on april 5Th. They are first row central but platinum so pricer than regular.
Feel free to PM me for more info -
Thanks for the presale! In the tickets buying stress/ excitement I bought two tickets first row seated central (but platinum cost....) and then I realised there is the standing area. Does anyone know if the standing area is right in front of the seated area? In any case really looking forward to this trip

Is there more than one PIT? I am asking since a friend's ticket was more expensive than mine....both with ticketone.
