I worked with a warning system before and it didn't have an automated ban after a certain amount of violations. You could just add a point to the warning level and write why they got that point (so the others and the users themselves could see). Like jackiexx for example, i'm curious about that You can see who's banned and why in the mod control panel. Banning users can be done there too.
