Love today, from Marilyn I DO wonder how MIKA maintains the tour/travel schedules day after day & night after night--especially because he is SO ACTIVE throughout the performances. I, also like a mum, really do worry about him retaining general well-being, and his voice as well, in the face of it all. He, obviously, loves & thrives on that lifestyle, but there are limits I would think. I'm sure there are many reasons for everything MIKA does. There may be limits to his choices that we can't fully appreciate. HOPE MIKA KNOWS HOW MUCH SO MANY LOVE HIM & WISH ALL, ANY ONLY, GOOD THINGS FOR HIM. IT seems "success" is based on three dimensions: Traditional sales; airtime + downloaded sales--directly by the user. It looks to me like, for MIKA, the biggest barrier is the airtime dimension. I would say it's a very crowded, and not very level, playing field. I am including links of 'positives" I found.
