Italy then scored a penalty in the last few minutes of the first half... -------------------------------------- The 2nd half commenced.... At first, a let down - lots of mistakes made on both sides. PENALTY TO IRELAND. Ronan O'Gara takes penalty and scores - 13 - 3 to Ireland!!!! ITALY SCORE A TRY......! The try is assessed...... After a long assesment, the try is awarded. Italy miss the goal. It remained as 5 points. the score goes Ireland 13 - Italy 8 20 minutes left.... Ireland 16 - Italy 8 after another penalty is given to the Green Men. Ireland 16 - Italy 11 after Italy score another penalty. 10 minutes left. O'Gara MISSES A PENALTY FOR IRELAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 minutes left..... (England V Wales to kick off later than expected, should now be around 16:45) The match is paused, while the medics come onto the pitch to tend to Italian player Castrogiovanni - he walks off the pitch wounded. His game is over. Less than one minute left.... Goes into Injury time.... Italy still fighting. Great pass from Bergamasco!!! Parisse!!! Masi!! back to Bergamasco!! The FINAL WHISTLE GOES!!! Wales won.... which im obviously not happy about.... but good for them! they hadnt won at Twickenham for 2 decades. (We still love you Wilko!!!!) Englands boys seemed really unfit - lots of injuries - Moody off with ankle problems, Strettle off, Rees off etc. And Paul Sackey's try for England should definately have been allowed!!!
