Wendi Posted January 15, 2008 Share Posted January 15, 2008 :shocked: you'll never believe me when i tell you what happened to me today.... i won a 4 day trip to Los Angeles for 2 ppl in a Universal Music contest in Italy, just filling the form with the code of the LICM cd i bought in italy. the winners can attend the Grammy Awards!!! wow............ i can see your wide open mouths! so was mine! but i lost it immediately...cause i don't have the shop receipt proving i bought the cd during the period of time the contest was on! silly silly me...i had not read all rules....and so i haven't got any paper attesting that i bought the cd during the contest period! i have no words and i have no tears. i just feel sick. but there's one thing i'm sure of: i won because i digited a LICM code, a Mika cd. the rest is just my fault! a very depressed oldling. I can't get to grips with the Brits voting system btw..I am being a real Oldling about it all..I think I even submitted a vote that I didn't mean to today! And WHY has Mika not been nominated for best live act for God's sake? I couldn't agree more! I agree - he is awesome live!!!
