I had  I was just trying to convince myself the the fringe covered the horn...

What on EARTH are you implying missy!

:lmfao: I'm so horrible!

That's what I was planning on telling people if they noticed.. I tried to add a horn in Paint, but that didn't really work :naughty:

You PERV? Thinking of a threesome? Well, my Wedgie-poos is a BABY, thank you very much. All she wants to "socialise" with is the mushrooms and talking trees in the magic forest.:mf_rosetinted:

ACTUALLY i thought you were saying i was a man!

Shot yourself in the foot a bit there Mad

when i think of the whole thing on the thread....

she was really covering up and leading us in wrong direction :roftl:

but i think it's just a harmless joke, she spent buying 660 lollies..................................

Pink

Glad you are back, I thought the punishment was severe. You can see that in my comments.

I think it was admirable of you to set out the explanation about your autism. I don't know if anyone knew before or not, but I think it is good that people learn more about this and perhaps in the process become more accepting of people like you! I have a lot of friends with autistic kids, and I know a bit about it from them.

I am glad you are back on MFC.

And I did wonder if you had sent the lollipops, but you did a good job of changing my mind!! I am sure the 660 chickens will be snapped up at the next Mika gig.:wink2:

I know I'm pretty late in saying so, due to log in problems, but WELCOME BACK PINK!

*steals excuse*

Everytime I was just going to get to these threads MFC stopped working. lol.

Fictional situation:

User X complaints to us about user Y but wants to stay anonymous.

We consider X has valid grounds to complain and we warn user Y.

User Y then says, tell me WHY, WHO, WHAT FOR?

We're stuck...

Good point...

Well, yes, I think all of us are relieved. I'm just failing to see how that could be humorous at all.

I think the main issue here was not the joke, it was the fact that even after she knew that Wendi and a lot of people were concerned with it, she not only took her time to admit it was her, but also teased people about the whole issue. I think she took it a bit too far. That said, I'm happy she's allowed back. She seems like a great girl.

Now this is the response I was formulating in my head before Pink made her explanatory posts ... but I still feel like saying it anyway. I think we forget the diversity of the people on MFC sometimes. I think even ages is a factor, like younger people might have a pretty different interpretation of what is funny and what is serious to older people. And it's because we're immature :P But I think it's something that needs to be taken into consideration with this kind of thing... I dunno...

For example, I have been waiting for some opportune moment that I can snap up Pink's address so I can send her something anonymously. Now that she'll have read this I'm going to have to wait even longer so she'll have forgotten about it :fisch:

I don't know if this goes to show that we have the same taste in jokes, or the same interpretation of security, or what..

Oakie Doke,

:wub2::naughty:

there are some rather personal points about me that need clearing up.

It's really great/brave/some other word I can't think of ((**admirable**)) of you to share this. You shouldn't have had to

The idea was to describe your hobbies to the person next to you without using the letter 's' to give an example of one of the effects of dyslexia.

That's awesome. Not the dyslexia, this way of explaining ... I understand a bit now :thumb_yello:

To be honest i never knew any of that about you, and always just thought you spoke your mind without worries- which didnt bother me anyways! glad to have you back

It's just a part of you, of your personality. You shouldn't have to explain it to everyone, but apparently people aren't as open-minded as they should be :boxed:

I had spoken to wendy on several occasions during the run up to the opening of that thread and she seemed fine with it, there had been no mention of worry on her part or the part of her children aside from obvious intrigue.

I never actually read the whole 660 thread, but I can see how easily intrigue and concern can be confused, especially when with a (properly wokring?) anonymous joke of this kind of nature the person would beg to know who it was, but love it better if they didn't know for longer. And someone 'in' on the joke is going to be more prone to interpret any concern from anyone more as intrigue because they already *know* it's harmless. And same as the age thing from before. Maybe Pink disagrees and think's she's mature, but I still think as a general rule adults are much more cautious about things that teenagers..

(which reminds of a rather hilarious argument I had with my mother today where she was certain a 19 year old is not a teenager ... but this is completely irrelevant, so I will stop talking about it now ...)

... yeah, so I was going to finish that paragraph (before it was rudely interupted by ... me) with saying ... (*wonders why she's talking about her paragraph now instead of writing it* ... *gets back to it*) And this is without even taking into account the autism thing...

and then promptly injured myself on my return by running back upstairs with a glass of juice, tripping and cutting myself in several places with shards of glass.

Didn't your mother ever tell you not to run up stairs with a glass of juice??

However I never really had a porblem with you acting the way you were. I think that this is what this fanclub is about, that's why we're all here, and that's what Mika's been trying to say to the world through his music. We just need to learn to accept eachother because it's inevitable that at some point in your life you're gona have to say something that isn't completely appropriate or that maybe somewhate offensive to others. You can't please everyone - or at least as long as you're being your complete self. It doesn't mean that you intend to hurt people. We all just need to learn to tolerate (if not accept) the actions of others and live with them.

mmhmmmm - exactly!

Now all i have to do is work out what to do with the 660 plastic chickens sat in a warehouse in devon....

*lmao* (I've run out of smilies obviously)

Right after Wendi said that she wasn't going to reveal the person you said that you were really wanting to know. So I thought 'Damn! I was wrong

Not the only one *wink2*

So we have:

Frank, Miss Wedgie-Poos and Unico

Dont forget ... *tries deperately to think of a name* ... ... ... Tabitha!

i53365828_11748.gif

I can't believe no one noticed that it's a pony and not a unicorn.

I'm so horrible!

That's what I was planning on telling people if they noticed..

LOL - I actually conciously decided to not point it out incase you said that, and you'd be right and I'd be wrong, because it's your unicorn/pony, you'd know :P

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unico

Wiki says hes male - and wiki is beyond contestation - so there!

Awww, he looks even cuter/weirder on all fours!

I think it was admirable of you to..

Hey - that's the word! *changes sentence above*

Ha ha well since your going to wait - by just typing my username into google you can find me address, mobile and home numbers.

But now i know you wont do it.

On a side note to this post, there were several people who has written rather large contributions to this and the life ban thread but did not post them once i returned.

A lot of the points (in the ones i have seen) are still very much valid and important to the community of the mfc, so i think that, as you did, they should be posted anyway.

Well, i would disagree with the great/brave/admirable comments.

Its a part of me, and i did not realise until this weekend just gone how useful that information can be to certain members.

That's awesome. Not the dyslexia, this way of explaining ... I understand a bit now :thumb_yello:

Its one of the problems is basically just a constant and elongated version of when you have a word on the tip of your tongue but just can't find it (like admireable for example :P)

Maybe Pink disagrees and think's she's mature, but I still think as a general rule adults are much more cautious about things that teenagers..

Okay firstly, i am extremely cautious in person, i suffer from clinical anxiety so i worry about and over think on absolutely everything from 'what do i get for sarah's birthday' to 'what if i leave the house, cross the street, almost get hit by a car, walk the 5 miles up the road because i missed the bus due to the car, and then it rains, so i am soaked, but because i cycle i have a spare set of clothes in my locker incase i cycle through mud, but what if they arent clean, because then i cant come back and get a new outfit in time to be back for my lecture, and then i would have to sit in wet clothes which really won't help my eczema or my cold, but there are painkillers and eczema creams in my locker, but if i forget my locker key and the spair one is in my locker then im screwed, and i will be making sure everything in this plan is right too much so i will be late anyway so i may as well go home and get a spare change of clothes if im going to be late anyway, but i havent left yet so i can get them now, but if i havent left yet and i change that part of the plan by finding a spare set, then the whole plan changes!' (and dont laugh, i actually thought that the other day - told you im odd)

As for me thinking i am mature, to prove that isnt the case, this is what i did in hospital yesterday to amuse myself (and then take a picture):

I personally don't think that you needed to give personal information that you normally don't share publicly to justify your actions. But if you felt that it would be useful for everyone to know in future then that's your prerogative.

Welcome back. :thumb_yello:

Aside from being an unfortunate and dramatic affair I'll say that your banning did highlight some issues that we'll have in future with the MFC (especially when/IF it becomes official).

*but actually*

That's gotta be the fricking worst thing in the world!!!

Ohhh my gawwddd, did you actually make it to school?

:lmfao::lmao: That is almost the funniest thing I have seen today (the funniest being a sheep that looks like a goat but thinks it's a dog). But really, I'm lieing in my bed (because I should be sleeping, so this makes me feel a bit closer to doing what I'm supposed to be) and I just clapped from the extreme funniness of that picture. Yes. Clapped. Clapped with laughter. In my bed. You are quite the genius.

But actually, yeah, wasn't quite a part of the security/caution the thing of giving out your address ... and we can google yours :roftl:
