Was at physio today - she had to give me another stick before I could leave!! I could hardly walk - and on the way out, walking very slowly with two sticks, I was overtaken by someone in her 80's!!! Hiya Robi!!! She is a lovely girl - 6 months pregnant - but boy can she inflict pain!!! She has no idea what is wrong though - that makes me a bit wary when she starts twisting and pulling my hip about!! I know I am goingto be prone to osteoporosis, as I went through the change age 40!! osteoporosis may be caused by many events...not only age. there is an examination called MOC here, which is done by computerized scanning, and it's almost compulsory after yr 45! osteoporosis it can be very painful, very...and you are supposed to take calcium to prevent/cure it. Awww Wendi, sorry to hear that, it seems to be a common thing after a session with the chiropractor or whoever does that sort of muscle manipulation. My friend finds it the same after a session, he has a couple of days agony with his back before it settles down again. HK, if you're still there sweet dreams.
