racinghorse83 Posted January 21, 2009 Share Posted January 21, 2009 what i always do to get rid of the phlegm is swallow a capfull of cider vinegar, it tastes horrible and makes you choke, but 9 out of 10 times it cuts through the phlegm and makes you cough it up and then i'm not bothered by it anymore for a few hours. ..that sounds really gross when you write it down. BUT the B E S T is the yellow ones cause when you have to highlight something and then make copies .... they don't show on the copies .... ANY other color highlighter SHOWS!
