sienna
Here is a very simple but very good Peanut Butter Cookie Recipe 1 Cup Of Peanut Butter Crunchy or Smooth 1 Cup Of Graunulated Sugar 2 Tablespoons Of Flour 1 Large Egg Mix all the ingredients together very well in a large bowl. You will want a dark not shiny cookie pan to bake these in. Once you have the ingredients throughly mixed take one spoon full at a time & drop it by the tablespoon full onto a greased dark cookie sheet & after you have dropped the pan full of the batter take a fork and press down on the top of each ball of cookie dough both ways to make the marks like those on the cookies in the photo below. Bake each batch of cookies in a preheated 375 degree oven until the cookies are golden brown. This makes some of the best Peanut Butter Cookies . . . . . . you will ever eat. Have you tried this? Isn't it very little flour in comparison the other ingredients?
A. Clay
Have you tried this? Isn't it very little flour in comparison the other ingredients? True confession: I have not. Guess you could test it with half- or quarter-measures? . . . . . . and then offer testimony. Edited November 6, 2009 by A. Clay
