It's the curse of the Moroccan video. i also couldn't open it, but then tried in different player, and it worked in Miro(i'm on linux so it's different) but try in every player you've got, maybe one will work! Ils vont avoir des problemes => They gonna have problems C'est hors de la loi => It's out of law which could mean something like That will not be fair for them...
