Sting, Angèle, Jean-Louis Aubert, Mika, Kids United, Julien Clerc, Kendji Girac et bien d'autres artistes ont répondu présents. Ils sont venus donner de la voix sur ces chansons qui racontent notre belle planète, que ce soit leurs propres tubes ou des reprises inédites. Au programme : « Message in a bottle » interprété par Sting, « Underwater » de Mika, « Où va le monde ? » de Kendji Girac, « Il sera trop tard » d'Angèle, « L'hymne de nos campagnes » du groupe engagé Tryo, « Laissons entrer le soleil » de Julien Clerc, « Un autre monde » de Jean Louis Aubert, une reprise inédite de « Earth song » de Mickael Jackson avec Chimène Badi accompagnée d'une chorale, une reprise inédite de « Je suis un homme » de Zazie interprétée par Jérémy Frerot… L'ensemble de ces prestations est accompagné par de belles images prises par Yann Arthus-Bertrand, illustrant la beauté et la fragilité de notre planète. Les artistes ont également à cœur de soutenir les actions de la Fondation GoodPlanet : chacun d'entre eux est venu avec un objet personnel, ou du temps, à offrir pour une vente aux enchères exceptionnelle qui se déroulera en direct sur le site de la Fondation pendant l'émission.
