You'll notice as well because I don't describe any facial features - just feelings, thoughts and touches. I think that's why I found it so easy to write because I wasn't getting turned on, I just typed and typed. Starting off can be hard too. You don't want to beginning too obvious, and you need a good introduction because that's what engages the reader in the first place.
