Here is mine! I wrote this song as a dedication to my cousin MATT who commited suiside 2nd oct 2006, aged just 20. I was feeling considerably low about this subject mainly because I felt I should have been there or known him more while he was still alive. Untill I listened to mikas song my interpretation and it posessed me to make this song!

That's a beautiful song. I write lots of songs, here's one that's special to me, about a person that I totally hate now. But I'm not feeling like that anymore, like I descibed in the song. I feel rather cheerful and happy now:biggrin2: I will add a happy song when I find one.

I have this whole book full of songs that I wrote since I was nine. You can obviously see that the songs were happy then darker and now happy again:biggrin2:

So so sorry to hear your loss. That was a lovely song.

Not a cheerful song, but one I wrote for my grandfather who passed away 8 years ago. I felt like sharing this with you all. Funny, since I never let anyone read these lyrics, because I'm afraid of the reactions I might get:wink2:

I had to change My Guiding lantern because it was a bit like one of the songs by new Zealand born Australian based band EVERMORE!

funny thing is though I wrote the song way before I had even heard any of the bands music!

the tune....well its not complete! I have trouble reading and writing music so I just keep it in my head! Thats the best place for it i think! at least no one can copy it then!

My fave song i ever wrote is Crazy About You. Ill post the lyrics, however it has been copyrighted by my management company, so anyone who tries to rip it off, could see a huge court case coming their way.... :biggrin: no joke

so like me then, i know i can compose my own on a piano but the only piano and/or organ that is around me is at the local library!
