Well Done to everyone who got in. I really feel for those who didn't. I have to say I though, I thought they'd decide all 4 shows in one go. I guess if the Manchester gig is the day after in both deadline for the videos and actual performance....then us Manchester folks should hear tomorrow. I may actually burst with tension by then. I've got a dental abscess starting so off to see about antibiotics tomorrow afternoon. I'm feeling pretty under the weather so hope I don't get picked, get excited, then end up too ill to go!!!!!!!

We'll be doing the 250mile drive up on the day so I hope it's not going to start too early!!!

I know....the suspense is a killer. I'm reading about what time people are getting to the venue and about the tinsel thinking 'I don't want to be doing that....I want to be arriving for rehearsals!!' Is anyone else relieved that TM extended the deadline for the audition vids?!! Was up til 2.45am this morning with my toyboy trying to record his in one take! Bless him, he's a musician so doesn't listen to the words, just the music....it's proving a bit of a task for him now though! I've given him homework to learn the words by Saturday morning....then I'll film him.

Marilyn, I keep thinking about this post and I think you're right. It needs a very edgy and slick video to go with it but it could really do the trick. I was one of the whingers going on about the 'other' Overrated and critizied him for touching an 'untouchable' song (it's always been my fave Mika song) but I now really love it so am whinging no longer! If only someone, somewhere, would listen to us.....sigh.

I'm always up for a theme!! The problem is that those of us who apply and get picked for the choir won't really be able to participate so it depends on that. Tinsel's easy to buy last minute though if that ends up being the chosen theme.

He never ceases to amaze! I popped in here to check that the gig wasn't cancelled and that there weren't reports of the poor boy coughing and spluttering through the gig in pain....and saw Debs post!! He's such a star!

Could you imagine if we all bought tickets to the whole two week run....just how confused would he be looking out each night??! :aah:
