I spent an hour reading about people when I should have been helping my mother clean....I just love reading about people's lives! Thanks for sharing, everyone! I guess I'm obligated now to share a bit about myself as well. I'm Jackie, and I'm 17 years old and I live in a suburb of New York City. It isn't a bad place to live, since I'm a 45 minute train ride from Manhattan and there is loads to do in the area. Since I'm 17, I'm a (soon-to-be) senior in high school, which means that I'll be taking lots of AP classes next year and applying to many, many colleges and universities. I'm a huge nerd (I'm captain of my school's debate team...I'm the supreme nerd), and I'd like to go into publishing or editing when I get older. I'm highly active in certain political activities and civil liberties causes. I love my friends, and we're all very close. In my (limited) free time (too much schoolwork to have lots of it) I enjoy hanging out with my friends, going to the mall, driving around aimlessly, spending time with my brother and sister, going to the beach (another perk to where I live), and traveling. I plan on living in London one day, as I fell in love with the city when I visited with my family last spring. Wow. I said I would talk about myself, and I certainly did. Sorry!

I thought someone had done that already?? I vaguely remember someone beating me to it last week? If I'm wrong, let me know and I'll go scan the images within the next few days (as soon as I have a spare few minutes).

Tell them you gave it to you. Tell! Tell! Yep...I finally got my copies of OUT last week. I looked odd when I dragged my brother into the store, walked directly over to the magazine "lifestyle" section, and started shaking and whispering "Mike. Mike. Michael. They have it. They have it" (Mike is my brother). I then grabbed the 4 copies they had, and refused to let go of them. I was jumping up and down insanely. People stared. I cut out pages from one of my copies for my Mika shrine/wall, and I kept another intact. i'm obsessed. I only went to Borders 12 times. Maybe 13. Whoops.

Ughhh! I'm getting all worried about August 10th now...I really have my heart set on GMA in NY.

It'll be OK! I checked Borders 12 times for the magazine (that seemed to be the only place that carries it), and they FINALLY had it yesterday. Thank god, because the people there were beginning to recognize me... I was overjoyed, to say the least.

I have the same problem!!!! I'll seriously cry if I'm too far back. I was @ Nokia at 1:30 for the 7 PM show....I'm hardcore! But, my parents won't let me take the 2am train, only the 4am. :thumbdown: So, I'm basically screwed.

Since you've been to shows there before...what time do you think is good to get there?

I read that we should be in the park by 7 at the absolute latest...so around then, probably.

I concur! I concur! I loved the video because it wasn't as "polished" as the others, and made Mika seem more average-guy-having-fun than crazy-gorgeous-popstar (although, no matter what he does he'll be crazy-gorgeous...). I also liked how the video had people of all sizes in it, and Mika looked like he was having a really fun time. And he looked soooo sexy playing with his braces and peeking his head between the hips of the women. I wish there were more videos like this...the whole huge production thing seems tacky sometimes...

Haha. We're misunderstood obsessed fans. But yea, those pants are amazing. As are those silver shoes. Although, I've got to say that shirt was the best thing I've ever seen.

OK, I know I've said this to ThatPinkSock a zillion times, but I was DYING when I saw his Nokia outfit. I tell everyone my FAVORITE shirt he owns is his white tuxedo shirt...and he WORE IT. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT. I started screaming to the people next to me, "He's wearing it! His tuxedo shirt! OMG OMG OMG!!!" So yea, Nokia wins for best outfit, hands down. I never thought he'd wear it...and when it got all sweaty...YUM. :wub2:

That's a very embarrassing picture. He must be pretty good looking if there are only a few bad pictures of him, since people are ALWAYS snapping pics of him.
