They are short and maybe not as good quality as some of the Avalon videos, but I enjoyed watching them. Mika is awesome, and so are his fans for sharing the love. Thank You!!!!

I also have to say I totally agree with your timeline of this particular video (watch at 0:45, 2:15. 2:37 and 3:03)....although sometimes it takes me a bit to get past the 0:45 Lilmot repeat loop. I have a new favorite from the LA Avalon concert. It is not the best sound quality, but it is my favorite Mikagasm right now. It is: by princesslulu2 at You TUBE and she must have had on of the best seats in the house. :mf_lustslow:

You can kinda tell they are not "professional" stand-ins (dancers?), but the real McCoy. I like that about Mika. He "escapes" out his front door and just sees the real world (in a bit of a carnival type way) but doesn't always try to "pretty it up" or gloss it over. It is, what it is. It would be so like Mika to put the real Butterfly ladies in the concert. I want to be there!!

One at a time is very tantilizing. All in one post may do me in. But others may feel differently. All I really care is that you are so wonderful for taking the time to share with us.

Did you see the Big Girls video from Avalon? I think those are the original Butterfly Lounge ladies? Does anyone know? I love how they come out and don't wait for Mika to come to them, they just go and wrap their arms and legs around him and turn him into a sandwich. I'm going to have to watch that one again. Between the pics here and the videos on You Tube I am having a complete melt down.

I'm sure glad that Britney Spears was brought into this thread by someone else. Because I would like to say that I don't really care about labelling Mika's sexual orientation or anyone else's for that matter, although it is fun to see the hype that results when there is no label to grasp onto. AND I don't really care too much that Britney shaved her head, Bully for her, I say. But, somehow, I guess I would have to admit that I would care, yes I would, I would really care if Mika shaved his head. Oh, so sad. NO more dreams of losing inanimate or even animate objects in that glossy mane of curls. Wow, a shaved Mika, lets hope it doesn't come to that! (tongue in cheek). But, even if he did, his music would still bring the stars down from the sky and put the stardust under my feet. Thanks MFC for so many evenings of tantilizing conversations and voyuerisms. I haven't seen this thread yet, but this is where I fit in also. I live in the States, in the Pacific NW, south of Seattle. I have a son who is 14. I found Mika first and fell in love with his music. Now my son loves the music also, so at least we can share that. Mika is so adorable that I have to keep reminding myself...yeah he is young enough to be my son. My son is dyslexic also, and I do understand that part of Mika. Anyway, here I am every night, sneaking on the computer, soaking up the newest videos, interviews, and anything else I can on MIKA. Love the MFC, some very fun and creative people here. THanks to all who share so much so when I have a couple minutes to sneak on...there is always something good! lilmot

Hello everyone. I am new here and also new to participating in any sort of fan club. I heard Mika "accidently" while browsing the web and fell in love with his music. I bought his cd the next day and listen to it everyday. His music fills me with such joy. I really like it that his music appeals across cultures, across genres and across age groups also (to old people like me). I really felt inspired and wanted to share my joy at finding him with others who would hopefully understand how I might feel. I live in the State of Washington and I am thinking about going to see Mika in concert even though I haven't been to any concert in the last 20 years. I think it would be really fun. I hope everyone has a beautiful day, and if you are not, then I would suggest listening to some more Mika and I know your day will get better. lilmot
