oh well...it's simply but requires time^^ 1)I choose a video I like 2)then I cut the small part Ilike 3)then I convert it into a mpeg (is it's avi for example) 4)open it with animation shop 5)I modify it if is necessary (make it slower, faster,smaller, bigger) 6)then I save it like a .gif done^^ if you need one I can try for you ^^
