People, we need to be voting at the very least 500 times per day. Remember he has stiff competition from longer established artists, like Christina A and Justin T. He's also upo against Amy Winehouse in the Addictive Track. We KNOW Mika deserves to beat everyone there, but they all have fans who are just as passionate as we are. So we need to keep voting and even strive to break our own records. Mika isn't going to walk this. We can't start thinking that he'll win... just because he's Mika! Well done! I think we all need to break our own records. I even have my husband voting when I'm doing the housework. If we go down the multi-link page once. I think it's about 190 votes in each catagory. If we go down it twice, it's almost 500 votes. But it needs to be at least that many, possibly more. We've got the likes of Justin T in one catagory, and Amy Winehouse in the other. We can't get complacent and think that Mika is going to walk it, because he isn't. I'vew just come back on, because I was reading the new thread about Mika's appearance at the EMAs, and someone posted that Christina's fans are voting at least 100 times per day. I had to laugh! I saw some calenders in a shop. You know the kind, hunks and stuff. I had to laugh, because Mika has destroyed them, and now they have new names from me. I've been thinking the same thing! I wish we knew, but they've changed his picture in the middle of the site, from that long-view of him leaning backwards, to the lovely close-up that I have as my avator. I'm glad to hear he was on Radio 1. Pity he wasn't on, or even mentioned on, Entertainment Today on ITV, where they USUALLY invite people with singles coming out, or at least mention them if they can't come on the show. Yes, I was out that night and when I came back, my husband and son laughed and said "Hey, some gay guy wants to get with Mika!" Then they explained it properly and I was well chuffed that Mika's name was mentioned on TV. Love today From Marilyn

My name is Marilyn Mastin. I am 53 years of age and live in Manchester, England. I don't just like Mika. I adore the guy! His voice is awesome, his songwriting amazing, his performances are experiences never to be forgotten. But off stage he is the most adorable, affectionate person. I've seen lots of footage of him interacting with presenters and fans, and he is just good enough to eat! I must admit, when I first heard Billy Brown I thought WHAAAAAT?? Because, of course, I am from an older generation and didn't even know people could be gay until I was well into my teens. I have certainly never hated gay people, I suppose I just didn't think about it really, and never knew anyone who was, or might, be gay. But the song, and Mika, have helped me to understand a lot more, and I think that is what the song is about. After all, Billy Brown doesn't live happilly ever after, does he. So maybe it's more about the conflict Billy faces. I don't think the song is about Mika himself, not entirely, unless he is in conflict about his sexuality. Maybe that is why he doesn't say anything. I have seen all Mika's videos. Happy Endings is my favourite. Yes, as I said, I have heard Billy Brown, and I have to thank Mika for making me, not more tolerent, because I am a tolerent person, but more understanding. If Mika is gay, that's okay by me and if he gets with someone, that's great, as long as the person is worthy of this fantastic young man! I really like the song now, and even sing along to it, because it's the only one of his songs I can actually sing, I can't sing all the high stuff. I think Mika is completely unique! I know people say he's like Freddie, but to me, he's the original Mika! He can perform all kinds of songs, in all kinds of styles, and he makes life fun for all of us! I think that families that come from foreign cultures are more steeped in traditional values than British families are, and even though we think of Mika as one of us, and British, he's actually Lebanese and his family will have that culture. That's great. I'm so upset with our own country's media for the shameful way they ignored Mika, prior to the release of Happy Endings. I'm so thrilled about him being played in America. It seems that, to the British media, it doesn't matter if a star is a smash all over the world, if they haven't cracked America, the British media don't want to know. Well guess where he isn't! On Brittish TV, where he should be! Here they ignore him, in favour of the latest X Factor pop clone, and every other pop clone!! He is never invited on any talk shows and the only channel to even give him airtime are Channel 4. Sometimes, it's during the day, on T4, during school holidays, but usually late at night. Still, that's all he gets in his own country yet I keep reading about all the attention and adoration that every other country's media give him, and it makes me so upset. Why can't they treat him like this over here? Why can't we see him more on British TV. I hope 'Take That' beat Leona Lewis in the charts, but I hope Mika beats the lot of them and please God, let him win the two awards.
