Well I really think that Mika's songs on the show would really help his exposure, especially in America, which is wherehe really needs to break through, in order to gain more respect in Britain (there's always so much fuss here about pop stars breaking America) but he won't if they don't hear his songs.

I joined in 2007 after I'd heard Love Today on the radio, and had bought his amazing LICM! I was nervous about joining MFC, because I am in my fifties and thought I wouldn't fit in on a pop star's forum. But I soon realised that Mika appeals to all ages and we can all get something from his songs! He really is one-of-a-kind!

Yes, and it's really great being a Mika fan isn't it. But I hope we get some music-news soon. I hope he's not too busy decorating his new house!

Thanks for your interest in the Glee initiative. I've sent you a friend request. It's certainly a good idea to contact the actors, also @GLEEonFOX. Those kinds of things can be done before the album comes out. It's also a good idea to put links to Mika vids in with the tweets, so that they find out who Mika actually is. Vids that show how the crowds at the concerts love him are always a good idea. Songs like Love Today, Grace Kelly (both played more than the others in America so may be known to the recipients even if they don't know who sings them) also Gleetastic songs like WAG or Kick Ass, about being young and different, but still free.

Maybe you could let me know the twitter addresses of the actors, or post them on the thread.

Hi there! I appreciate your offer of help. As for a gig in your country, I can sort-of understand peoples' reluctance to request it as gigs have to happen when Mika is ready to do them. I actually think he's doing his best to get around the world, but he's only one man and it's not easy. Maybe if some fans from your country post on Mikasounds website that you'd like to see him there, he might include you in the next tour.

For help with getting the statue, I think if you all send emails to Madame Tussauds they would know there is a demand for Mika. I've already had a reply to my enquirey and it's on the thread already. The address for emails to Tussauds is on the first page of the thread.
