I am so so sorry for everyone set for london, what a dissapiontment for you all. I nearly too booked to come down last minute. I think though, i know Mika, and he will make it up to you all for sure. not much help tonight but he is so considerate that he will put on a special show for people who have missed him on these two dates. Just not long had text from Babs .... said queue started at 9am 30 people by 2pm scraps about pushing in they arrived 5.30pm..she was still in the car ! oh dear sounds manic !

Me tooo! I would seriously have considered getting a flight if i could get a ticket for 4th but really I must calm down ! It is so hard with all these gigs over 3 days for us not going to any .. I've only been to two but hey i should be lucky that i got to Brighton last minute, i am just want more more more MIKA ! :wink2:

helooo ah .. good to see this being discussed, and as a larger model myself i do have an opinion ! Diana and i did have a chat about this in oldlings thread one night ... I have seen Mika talk before ( at his gallery event ) about 'fat' people and i think he does say it a bit wrong without meaning to, Freaks was not a great line really .... though he calls himself one it is not the best. However he said he wrote it about his mum, who he obviosuly loves a lot and that it was about the 'human' side of being 'fat' not about anti size 0 thing. From what i can tell he is a genuine guy with genuine feelings and did it for the right reasons but it just sounded a bit silly saying 'freaks' but i think the fact he is saying BIG GIRL YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL ! We have to forgive him for this slip of the tongue as i'm sure he has done more for big girls than done them any harm, look at his video ... he gets down on his knees and prays to them !!! So come on gals let's give Mika a break ..... he did say he was tired I get both points of view

Hello guys, Just to say i'm loving all these photos ..just saved loads .... you young ones are a great help to oldlings like me keep em coming .....

so my last bit now ..... we hung about for quite a while after Mika left in the hope the band may come out and they did! I peronally had a lovely chat with Cherisse, she was lovely , jsut about my height too ! i was laughing with her about the bit in LICM where Mika says it's nice having a girl in the band , trouble is we have to put up with S*** drumming ! ... The others were chatting to the other band members too and they were all very sweet. Then i said to Cherisse she must be freezing and not to hang about with us too much longer .... think she appreciaited it and off they went after a bit, but not before she hugged us all It was good to meet them all:wink2: Then we went off to my hotel for drinks ( at great expense !) see photo of us all at front to with Mika Tonight !!! that had to be a pic as we all started singing ' I feel like Mika tonight, like Mika tonight' Hi to .. Jemma, babs, sarahlou, Kata, Sivan, summer and Jennie all great fun in the hotel for late drinks and Mika chat and looking at great pics from Jenni! I did not take any with my low tec equipment. hello you guys, have a blast in London !!!

Have to go now and have time with family but just to say hi to you guys ... Jenga and Jennie thanks so much for fab pics .....so so cute Kevin also hi and thanks for yours so great ... catch up later on xxx

It was over too quickly of course and there was no second relax encore but it had been great ! Mika was just amazing... lots of eye contact too with the MFCers i think we then ventured out back but did find quite a gathering ... i got lost on the way and had to call babs .. phone nearly dead at this point ... anyway i found a spot near to his van and managed to stay there til he came out ... he did sign a few things for folk but there were too many for him to do them all ... he got to infront of me and i handed him my lollipop i had been waving in the concert ... he took it , smiled real sweetly and said thanks ..... then piled in to the van .... stopping to speak to Jacks family ... very nice:thumb_yello: I really felt it was worth going all the way again to se him so quickly after Glasgow but am felt like i am left wanting more !!! I guess you guys know how that feels .... I have been going over it all day in my mind and i really did have a great time and met some lovely MFcers in to the bargain:thumb_yello:

... anyway .. Palladium were good again... 2nd time and i liked them again but of course it's the Mika we were all wating for... We had a bit of unfortunte pushing from behind, both Kata and me but nothing we could not handle ... the place was full and excited by the time Mika blasted on to stage all in white with RELAX ! beautiful as ever and right in front of us he was a vision ! I thought he was really full of energy and having fun but also controlled... he said people told him not to talk too much at the start of gigs ( who ? WHY ? )but he didin't care he was going to talk to us all anyway ! sweet .... though he could have done more of it from my point of view the performance was slick and over far to quickly! MM was great but as mentioned started as SD ! tease !!!!! at one point he dropped his mic ..... he said i dropped the mic when i was 6 i'll do it when i'm 60 !!!

It's like one of those games. Mika takes aspirin Mika takes pill. Mika takes drugs. Mika is an addict. Let's just stop this now! And don't mis -quote me, please!s ! Funny Babs !!!! I agree, some over reaction on this front..... I remember being a Durranie and it's nothig like that !!! He's just getting more exposure and i guess a lot of you guys are used to him being less exposed ! not right words there but you know what i mean ... anyway ... i'm fading here but i'll go on !!!

Well .. whre to start .... without telling you all about my trip in to much detail it was really excellent! Having taken the early morning flight from Edinburgh I arrrived in Brighton about 11.30am... settled in and had a wander ... really pleased my hotel was 2 doors away from Brighton Centre ! esp as weather was starting to look wet ! oh no not another Glasgow ! well no need of taxis this time atleast.. had been in touch with Bab and Jemma re arrivals andnext thing i knew Babs Kata and jen and ben had arrived ( Ben jen's other half, very sweet !) they decided to come over to my hotel for a drink to warm up and we had a lovely time with eactoher chatting and getting to know one another, like Jen said , like we'd all been friends already they we ce in got ourselves back over to the centre and the queue started to get excited, i like this bit it fun ! It was quite an organised thing once in, swapping tickets for wrist bands and then queueing again when inside ( in front row)once it was the ususal wait and chatter and excitment. :roftl:
