My boss have told an other person that he thinks i am "cold"

I am good at the job.. But i seem cold.

It's just because i dont like speaking english...

I can understand him.. I would like to chit chat with him, and joke.. Like others do. But i dont feel good when i have to talk english. So i may seem a bit angry.

But i still dont like he thinks that about me
