It was my brother who told me ... He didn't have much choice ... I'd phoned her earlier in the day and knew she was off sick from work .. she wasn't answering the phone ... so I'd phoned him to ask him to walk round and check on her ... but he'd already found her dead on the floor 3 hours earlier ... he hadn't planned to tell me until I got off the plane on Saturday - but I could tell something was up by the tone of his voice - so it all came out while I was stood front row ... I lived with her ... I've never been apart from her much ever ... so it's really hard for me ... I've lost my Mum, my living companion ... and my home pretty much as it has to be sold now .. and I can't stay there anyway as she died there ... it's been pretty much awful

Thank you hun ... it means alot ... it was very sudden ... she was ok on the Wednesday - I was with her all day... I then went to Amsterdam on the Thursday ready for the Mika gig on the 7th May ... and she died on the Friday - I got told when I was front row waiting for Mika to come on ... so I was in bits during the concert - it was surreal ... it still is ... she was only 65

I got your parcel today ... it arrived afew days ago ... but didn't have time to go and get it ... you sent me fridge magnets ... my Mum collects them ... or she did ... she would have loved some Aussie ones ... I just wish she'd seen them ... but life is funny like that ... well ... I don't find anything funny right now ... But I will ... eventually ... I shall keep them safe and put them with all the others she had once I move to somewhere new .... loved all the other things as well ... thank you so much .... let me know when you get mine ... I'm abit concerned you haven't had it yet ... If you don't receive it ... drop me a line ... and I'll have to buy it all again ...

Oh ... I'm so so sorry .... I'm sad you can't be there ... would have been lovely to see you ... you just take care of yourself and get better and get home soon

I just wanted to let you know that I've still not received your parcel yet ... not sure how things stand due to deliveries after the lovely ash cloud and everything else that screwed up flights etc ... Mine was sent after yours so I don't expect you to have mine either ... I just hope to hell they haven't lost them

I don't know what the hell happened ... but I got my box back today ... they damaged it so returned it to sender - the stuff inside is fine ... I've checked it ... but the box wouldn't make it to London let alone Australia ... I'm not very happy ... I'll have to find another box and resend it ... I did get a receipt thing though - so I AM NOT paying for it again to be sent ... I'll send it again asap ... really really sorry ... Royal Mail is seriously ****e

No ... they'll be 24 episodes ... It's just I know with Angel when Season 5 started airing in America ... they hadn't finished all the filming for that season they were on ... I don't know how every series is made so not sure if 24 is the same ... but they decided to cancel Angel about the 5th episode in ... and they were still in the process of filming the last two episodes ... so they had to change things fast because it was suddenly cancelled .... it wasn't supposed to end like that ... have you send the end of the Angel series ... it's ****e ... so I hope they have finished filming the entire season 8 of 24 - cos' I wouldn't want it to go the same way as Angel with a last minute re-write - or extra filming cos' it's suddenly decided to end the series ... if you get what I mean

I don't know ... just weird they didn't announce it before the season had started ... I know both Buffy and Angel end episodes were still being filmed as it was airing - America are only a week ahead of us anyway with airing it - not sure what they've filmed or not ... I do know with Angel they did have to redo the ending cos' they cancelled it halfway through Season 5 and they thought they'd get another season ... so had to just reshoot some of the last episode

I'm just concerned they've cancelled halfway through the current season ... hash job ending probably ... they did that to Angel in Season 5 as well ... crap ending ensued

They've cancelled 24 ... not sure if you'd heard ... you're the only other person I know who likes it I'm gutted

I've not sent your Mika Mail thing yet ... mainly cos' I wanted to get you something pretty special to include in it ... i've now got it It's quite heavy ... so I really really hope you like it .... I'll send it out Monday now .. sorry for the delay ... but It's gonna be worth it I hope :eek:

Oh ... I'm not camping ... Chelmsford is only an hour away by train ... and I can go home after - there's normally later trains cos' of the festival ... and a free shuttle bus from the station normally

I paid for Monies flight change thing ... she didn't have a card with her to do it ... so once that's cleared out of my paypal account ... I can get one ... but not right now ... it don't clear til' the 12th
