I finished Kiss last week. I really like it. The end was worth my frustration at the beginning. I think it might be one of my favorites, but I'm not sure.
I'm so happy because I found out that my roommate for college loves Ted Dekker books!

Hit something as in "this treatment of the main character is so unjust! I want to hit the stupid people!"

I agree with what you said. In some spots it was almost hard for me to read it, but it was still a fairly good book.
By the way, I just started Kiss. I don't know if you're going to read that one, but so far, the story has made me want to hit something. (I get very violent thoughts when I read some books) I'm only about 100 pages into that one though.

I really liked it. The story was really strange and kind of sad. I really liked that it ended the same way as it started.

I'm a recent convert. I just saw the movie last night, and I really loved it! My mother (a former trekkie) said that it was really true to the characters in the original series.

Aurelia, cui urbs placebat, erat in Aegypto cum familia sua ingenti et equo suo. Tredecem ludos magnos Iovis in amphetheatro Alexandriae spectabant. Tandem hic equus iratus domum recurrere coepit. Eheu.
What does it mean, oh Latin master? I understand a few words but am at a complete loss as to the whole meaning.

It's really good to be able to play by ear (I'm not very good at it, but I'm trying), but if you want to learn piano, you should really find someone who can teach you to at least read music. It may seem hard, but if little children can learn it, it shouldn't be too hard for you. I don't think it's hard, but then again, I have been able to read it only a few less years than I've been able to read words.

I wish I could play the violin. I've wanted to for a while now. My friend had a violin and took lessons for maybe a year, but then she quit and decided to just stick with the piano.

No, I don't play piano in band. Sorry if that was confusing. I just play piano by myself. I've been taking lessons for about 9(?) years and I'm gonna major in music for college.
