    Why...yes it was Westroads! Maybe you should just go into Von Maur and sit in front of that TV until is plays again? I'm sure the staff won't mind. Timing is everything...one minute later at either store and we wouldn't have ever know those songs were ever played...

    So my daughter and I walk into the mall today to buy some clothes. Our first stop is a JCPenney store and as went into some new clothing line area, my daughter grabs my arm, stops me and points up. I listen and realize they are playing Stardust! We stay and listen and are amazed that it is being played there. Our next stop is a high end clothing store called Von Maur. We walk in and again, my daughter grabs my arm, stops me and points up. I then realize that I am hearing Popular Song. BUT WAIT! My daughter then turns me around AND THE VIDEO IS PLAYING ON A BIG SCREEN! What are the odds?!? It was a good day for shopping...and Mika.

    Last CD I BOUGHT? or GOT? I work in a record store so I get CDs all the time. The last CD that I GOT was Paul Simon "Graceland" 25th Anniversary Edition, BUT the last CDs that I BOUGHT were Beatles "Please Please Me", Queen "Icon" & "Rock You From Rio Live", and 4 CDs from Squeeze "Squeeze", "Cosi Fan Tutti", "Sweets From A Stranger", & "Argybargy"... Wow, I think I might have to join a 12 step program...

    7 years ago, in school, my daughter did a science fair project on how Brian made the Red Special. She had the most comments on her display and there were a couple of hundred of kids with projects.

    I understand about being pregnant and concerts. I was pregnant with my daughter in 1993 when I met Brian May. He actually came up to me and 'blessed' my belly. I wanted to see his show again later in the tour when he came back to the US, but it was the week I was due, so I wasn't allowed.

    I'm a fan from 1974 (that shows my age). I was lucky enough to see them with Freddie in 1982 and took my kids to see them with Paul Rodgers in 2006. I also had the luck to meet Brian May in 1993 backstage after I saw his solo show. They will always be my favorite band, but Mika is my favorite solo artist.

    I have to admit, I figured he might get it in the end as he seemed to be the person planning the dinner party. His demeanor also came across as the 'bad guy'. Oh well, he can't always be the 'good guy'.

    My daughter and I believe it's a slot he's worked into the set list so he can play something extra or a request from the audience. This just our theory.
