This one rivals Stuck in the Middle as my favorite song on LICM. It was the song that sealed the deal for me, as far as fully appreciating Mika as a musician. I've read many reviews saying that it doesn't match the rest of the songs on the album, but I am so glad that he included it. It is so stark, and he knows how to use the empty space for effect. His voice is so vulnerable, it makes the listener feel vulnerable as well. The dissonance on "cold" is just heart wrenching. What a beautiful piece. I want to hear more songs like this from Mika.
