He should at least get one year, if not more, for every person he killed. But I don't think we have the right information, 21 years is only what the newspapers are saying to keep us worried. If it should go very wrong it's probably the minimum punishment for a crime like this. I as far as I know we haven't had a crime like this before. Many years ago there was a guy who killed 7 innocent people here in Sweden, he his still behind bars. I think he got at least 32 years. Maybe it was more.
