backflip_76 Posted January 23, 2008 Share Posted January 23, 2008 Sorry to start a thread about myself, but it's been 3 weeks since I've been here, and I've had A LOT of new experiences and adventures in that time! I just got home last night at about 1:00 in the morning (eastern standard time), after studying art history for 3 amazing weeks in wonderful Paris. I'm hoping that some of you (or maybe just Sarie ) will be interested to hear about my adventures and see some pictures, so I just thought that starting a thread would be a good idea. For those of you that live in Paris, you seriously have one of the most amazing cities in the world, and I am so lucky to have had the opportunity to "live" there this month! It was the experience of a lifetime, and I hope I'll have the chance to go back soon! Can't wait for the details! Some news: MFC's 1,000,000th post. MFC's first birthday, of course. Some people claim Mika sang "aint got no chicken" on Jools Holand while covering I Got Life instead of "ticket". (I don't think it was chicken). Sunny Monkey opened up a badge shop for all of MFC with some of our own designed badges. They look pretty amazing! There's an elephant travelling around the world with the MFC. (Like Mika Mail). It's like when you're a kid, and your aunt babysits you while your mom's at work, so then when your mom picks you up to take you home, you run to her and your aunt's like "...She was somewhat of a handful. It's like one of those places that you hear about since you were a little kid, and everyone talks about how amazing it is, and then suddenly it's all there in front of you. We got into the airport the first day at about 6am Paris time and we got on a big tour bus and drove around the city for a few hours just seeing everything. A bunch of people were falling asleep because we were all so tired, but there was absolutely no way I could have fallen asleep...my eyes just couldn't close because I wanted to take everything in!
