Mika isn't the type to think that looks are that important. Mika thinks HE'S ugly as well. But it's only speculation. I can't imagine Mika kissing someone in public, the blogger could be making it all up. Then again, Mika could have decided, "oh, what the hell, I don't care if anyone sees!"
