Where would be the best location first? We need to see who can come and if they can all get to LA. And then it'll be up to finding out what to do. Some are kinda random but fun sounding, so just throwing it out there: 1) Universal Studios Hollywood 2) Disneyland's California Adventure Park 3) Santa Monica - We could split the day between hanging on the beach and checking out the pier 4) Soak City 5) Six Flags 6) Kayaking in Laguna Beach 7) Indoor Rock Climbing (everyone has to be at least 16 for this one - are well all at least 16?) So? Thoughts? Oh, and who's coming? I haven't updated the guestlist (front page) in forever - am I missing people? 'Cause right now, we have a short list. I haven't been out on the Santa Monica pier in about 10 years. That could be cool... I hardly remember it. There are some great choices, among my faves are: - Disney's Cali Adventure Park - Santa Monica stuff - Universal - Rock Climbing (I've never been kayaking, but I've wanted to give it a go. ) Thanks for your brilliant organizational skills Mana. Okay I love all of the suggestions, but my favorites would be: Disneyland Universal Studios is cool, but it can be sort of boring... Santa Monica I like. And it would be nice to spend time together and not be distracted by too many things. Kayaking would be amazing! And Laguna Beach is fun to walk around at too. (I'd never seen that CalActive website before. I didn't even know you could do some of those activities around here.
